Dear respected BMA members Australia, a place we call home, has been extremely suffering from the ravaging Bushfire across the land. Many lives and thousands of properties have sadly been lost, forests have been destroyed. We greatly appreciate the Australian government's bushfire combating efforts and also salute the firefighters confronting in the front line. However, the fire victims are still extremely in need of food, clean water, shelter, and other basic accessories in this catastrophic situations. As the responsible citizens and believers of Islam, we need to show our love and care to the needy, to the environment, and to the whole humanity. 18.01.2022 We are still active, bring members together and keeping the community spirit alive! It was a lovley and wonderful time together online. Alhumdulillah!

15.01.2022 Update: Mon State Emergency Disaster Relief Appeal (MEDRA) for flood/landslide victims 03 September 2019 Assalamualaikum Wrt. Wbt.... Dear respected BMA members Alhamdullilah, BMA-MEDRA Committee has collected total $ 6170 (Myanmar kyats- 63 L) from the members. We'll provide you the receipts in later date. The money has been sent to the humanitarian group formed by (Myoma Sunni Masjid Paung township and locals). This donation is focus-distribution and the fair share will reach to the most in needs in Yae Pyar Gone village, Paung township where the major landslide had wiped out the whole village which killed 69 people and affected 38 families. This distribution will go to those affected families (Muslims, Tamil, and Buddhist). We've received the acknowledgement (attached) from the ground humanitarian group.
