24.01.2022 On the 16th February 2019 the UK General Register Office (GRO) raised its prices. In conjunction with this announcement, the UK GRO made permanent the ability to order digital PDF copies of Birth records from 1837 to 1918 and Death records from 1837 to 1957 for a cheaper price than the certified copies with faster turn around times.... As a result, we have extended our UK Certificate offering to include the un-certified PDF option for UK Births 1837 to 1918 and UK Deaths 1837 to 1957. Details of our UK Service and prices can be found at http://nswtranscriptions.com.au//engwales/eng_wales_bdm.php

14.01.2022 Some great tips for you when researching your family history. Some things you may not think about and they can sitting there right in front of you, such as talk...ing to your elderly friends and relatives before it is too late. As we rely more and more on online resources, we must always remember that they may not always be accurate, as the script may be hard to read which can lead to inaccuracies in translation. Always check the original document where possible. See more
