18.01.2022 The National NAIDOC Committee invites entries from Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander artists for the National NAIDOC Poster Competition reflecting and captu...ring the 2021 theme: Heal Country! Heal Country! calls on all of us to continue to seek greater protections for our lands, our waters, our sacred sites and our cultural heritage from exploitation, desecration, and destruction. Heal Country! also means finally resolving many of the outstanding injustices which impact on the lives of our people. The winning entry will be awarded a $10,000 cash prize and the artwork recognised across the country on the 2021 National NAIDOC poster. The competition is now open to all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander artists aged 13 years or older and will close 5:00pm (AEDST) Monday 8 March 2021.
