25.01.2022 Hi Everyone, I hope this post finds you all well. Unfortunately due to Covid restrictions we are still unable to hold an event. Even to hold an outdoor event we are limited to 20 people so due to our large number of people who attend... our events our hands are tied. 22.01.2022 Hi Everyone, The weekend away planned for March has been postponed, however we will be going to The Settlers Arms Inn at St Albans for lunch.... Date - Sunday 15th March Meet at - corner of Old Northern Rd and Galston Rd Dural for a leisurely drive to Wisemans ferry and then across the river on the ferry to complete our trip to St Albans Time - Meet at 10.00am for a 10.30am departure For those who have not had the pleasure of lunching at the Settlers Arms Inn, it is a beautiful, old, sandstone Inn which was established in 1836. It was a stopover for stagecoaches travelling between Sydney and Newcastle.and is a lovely setting for lunch. This is a great day where you can see a variety of old and interesting cars and machinery Craig Allen has organised a fantastic observation run so bring plenty of observers with you There will be a sausage sizzle on site or bring your own picnic Entry is $5 per adult All the relevant information is in the attached flyers Members have been emailed, so please email back advising if you will be attending as numbers are needed to allocate parking areas Regards Lesley and the Social Committee

19.01.2022 Hi Everyone, As the car club calendar has sold out I am sending this email for those people who were unlucky and missed out, the upcoming dates for events are : 18th April - Saturday night at the Drive Inn... 3rd May - Sunday run 17th May - National Motoring Heritage Day Run 14th June - Sunday Run 19th July - Sunday Run 16th August - Shannons Classic Display Day 2nd September - AGM 13th September - Show and Shine 27th September - Sunday Run 24th and 25th October - Weekend Away 15th November - Sunday Run 6th December - Xmas Party Please put these dates in your diary. 13.01.2022 Hi All, I hope this email finds you all well. There may now be a small light at the end of the tunnel in the relaxing of some of the stay at home rules... Over the isolation period we have been researching new venues ready for our return to our events. I hope that those of you who are doing SAAB projects are progressing well. I have been working on my 93 Monte Carlo and cleaning out the garage ready to bring home my next project, the rare 900CD. 10.01.2022 SAAB Picnic Sunday 8th November Hi Everyone, Due to the relaxing of the Covid restrictions we are now able to organise some small outings... For our first relaxing get together we will be meeting at 11.30am for a picnic lunch at : DATE: Sunday 8th November 2020 TIME: 11.30am LOCATION: Navaua Reserve, Grose River Rd, Grose Wold 2753 This is a beautiful park by the river with a little beach for swimming if you so desire BYO EVERYTHING for a picnic We look forward to seeing you all there. Unfortunately, Covid-19 has meant that we were unable to run our planned events. ... However, the committee has decided to reduce the membership fees for this year.
