01.01.2022 PRESENTATION TIME. Yes it’s come upon us fast.. Sunday 29/11 starting around 10.00am. Firstly we are going to have our AGM 9.30am so please try to make this meeting it’s your club it’s your say..... On the presentation side of the day we need to know how many are coming so we can cater for all. We are having steak,sausages,chicken,salads,bread rolls then deserts with a fruit platter. Now due to Covid there will be ladies that will serve you at the counter. Bring your chairs,pop ups & tables would be a good idea too also BYO Alcohol & nibbles. Please make sure you keep the social distancing rule 1.5 per family. Kids there is no jumping castle this year so bring along your bikes,remote cars & yes you can have your water guns too.. We will be having the coin toss again for adults & kids. We will be having raffles, if anyone has anything that could donate to this we would greatly appreciate it. This will be a fun relaxed day, presentation will take place after lunch. Ok so please Eft with name as reference or you can pay on the day but you MUST let us know you are definitely coming. To be draw at presentation ( you must be there to win)... There will be two prizes drawn, One for Junior Classes and One for Senior Class drivers Value of each prize draw is approximately $100.00 Exciting on and off the track.
