18.01.2022 We have finally been able to attach the november Newsletter to the website. If you have not had a look at the newsletter, go to the website and have a look. There is full details of the up and coming dinner in November and a review of the Mindfulness seminar at the last meeting.

12.01.2022 The latest Newsletter for August is now available on the web site. You will see a review of the June 18th. lunch held as an experiment to see if we could interest people in an activity during the week. The event was well attended and the information about assistance available to the elderly was well discussed and found helpful to most who attend. The newsletter also gives details of the next seminar. Be ready to inspect your mind.
