25.01.2022 The Digital Recovery: How the smart state can beat the recession hosted by Gabriel Metcalf with Victor Dominello MP as a key speaker is an interesting webinar to listen to as it addresses the current issues of councils, business and individuals during Covid as well as during a recession. Some of the topics addressed are #cybersecurity #privacy #health and #digitalmaturity. An interesting point made by Mr Dominello was that digital must be apart of our solution to help those t...hat are digitally disadvantaged, to help with contract tracking and keeping our community safe. Covid has made us rethink how technology can be used to help benefit our life as well as how this data will shape the smart places strategy. In the webinar, it further addresses how a new reliance on digital #data and #technology brings forth concerns about #cybersecurity and as Australias work culture shifts so do our views on cybersecurity and technology. To listen to the full webinar, the link to the recording is below.
