We opened up walls and included a huge window overlooking incredible views and allowing a glorious amount of natural light. 16.01.2022 Our North Balgowlah knock down rebuild completed last year. It was a great effort from the whole team, our trusted subcontractors and suppliers and a project we are very proud of. Even better was the friendship made with the clients after it was all complete. A family home with many memories to be shared.

Here we designed and constructed these steel and Spotted Gum stairs going up to the new level to seamlessly join the existing stairs that takes you to the living area. 09.01.2022 Hi everyone, some of the boys of the team are going to participate in the Mullets for Mental Health this Monday at 12.30pm - we have Billy the barber offering his skills and help us raise much needed awareness and support. Suicide is the leading cause of death among Australians aged 15-44. In the construction industry, depression and anxiety effect 1 in 4 people which in some cases then leads to suicide. Unfortunately construction workers are more than twice likely to take t...heir own lives. If you would like to support the boys by coming to cheer them on, I can send you the details as it will be at one of our Allambie Heights projects. 04.01.2022 Renovate or knockdown? We get this question a lot. There are many reasons to do either and requires careful consideration and consultation with your Builder and Architect/Designer. Many clients are amazed that you could still use your existing structure and transform it into something beautiful and practical. This house is a perfect example of a thoughtfully planned renovation.
