22.01.2022 BMXNT Titles Announcement BMXNT has been required to develop a COVID Event Safety Plan for the #bmxnttitles2020. In order to ensure the safety of all attendees, we request that everyone follows the guidelines below ... Do not attend the event if you are feeling unwell. While at the event please respect COVID physical distancing and hygiene guidelines. Check into the event using the EVA Check-In app. How the Eva Check-In app works: 1. Register your attendance by following the link below: https://my.evacheckin.com/0xgwt 2. On arrival each day, there will be posters around the venue with the QR code on them. You will be required to scan the QR code and show you have signed in upon entry. 3. For additional people in your family group, select the option to Check-in Additional People and enter the names of everyone in your group (including children). 4. For each person, select who is a Volunteer, Rider or Spectator The app is designed to work so you only need to enter all of your details once and then just check-in each day you are at the event. Your assistance with keeping the BMXNT community safe is greatly appreciated.
21.01.2022 CALLING BMX OFFICIALS The Northern Territory Institute of Sport (NTIS) has launched the next round of the High-Performance Officiating Program (HPOP). The aim is to identify and assist Territory sports officials and their mentors who wish to pursue development opportunities, with the aim of further enhancing the quality of sports officials in the NT. BMXNT is seeking Expressions of Interest from committed State Level (Level 2) Officials who are interested in developing... their skills towards becoming team leaders and Chief Commissaires. Expressions of interest should include: Your goals/aspirations as an official in BMX. A brief history of your involvement in BMX and details of your current involvement in any other sports. Details of your motivation to commit to a 12-month program. . If you have an interest in extending your BMX Officiating skills please submit your EOI to [email protected] prior to the closing date of October 19th.

15.01.2022 Announcement from the BMXNT Board Greetings Northern Territory BMX Members, The BMXNT Board has been working collaboratively with the AusCycling Steering Commitee as we move closer to the implementation date. With the recent announcement that the implementation date has been rescheduled to November 1 we have considered the requirement for a BMXNT AGM. Our financial accounts are being independently audited as per our current governance commitment. However, the BMXNT Board h...ave agreed to defer the AGM to a yet to be determined date in November, should one be required. The planned strategic forum scheduled for 12pm on Thursday October 1 at the Katherine Country Club will go ahead. At this meeting we will discuss topics such as the progress of the BMXNT Strategic Plan, implementation of AusCycling and the proposed schedule for the NT Series rounds with club representatives and interested members.
