25.01.2022 NTC Architects is a growing practice based in Melbourne. We have a range of clients in the Health, Aged Care, Education sectors. We don't do houses. Our practice is in the CBD in a bright and engaging open plan studio. We have several; new projects commencing, in construction and several being tendered on, which has triggered our search for a talented and dedicated Architect to join our team. The Role: ARCHITECT (3-5 years architectural registration)... We are looking for a Full-Time team member. The role will see you take on responsibility across all project stages as an architect working closely with the director & principal of the practice. The position is very organic & can be refined to suit the skills of the team member & as projects develop. We will work with you to support your development & career aspirations. Health or Education background would be beneficial, but we really want to hire smart people who we like & will become an integral part of our creative and collaborative environment. You will have involvement across all project stages; concept design through to completion. The position will see you involved in client briefing, workshops, consultant coordination, documentation, mentoring, marketing, specification and report writing. It may require interstate and regional travel. The Requirements Tertiary qualifications in Masters of Architecture Minimum of 3-5 years' post architectural registration experience Must be able to work in Australia Previous local experience as Project / Design Architect Strong understanding of construction Strong communication Strong design skills Expert in consultant co-ordination A flexible brain A problem solver Good at multitasking Glass half full Please send cv’s to [email protected]
