15.01.2022 Dear Students, With recent COVID cluster outbreak and Victorian Premier’s announcement about Circuit Breaker Lockdown for 5 days with effect from 12 Feb 2021 11:59 pm, NTCA will be introducing below changes: 1. NTCA is closing on-campus learning for 5 days as directed by the Government starting from 13/02/2021 until 17/02/2021.... 2. Online classes(Remote learning) will be commenced from 13/02/2021 as per the timetable. Students are advised to check their emails to access online learning. 3. For students, who completed their course recently, there will be a delay in issuance of certificate, RoR and SOA physical copies. 4. Students are advised that for submission of their work including assessments, projects, etc, they can email their respective trainer or submit in Teams group. 5. Students are requested to keep up with the pace of online delivery and assessment schedule. In case of any challenges please inform trainer or support staff. 6. Student support in terms of any request should be routed to [email protected] followed up with telephonic confirmation on below mentioned details. We are following and monitoring all our operations closely and ensuring that the quality of the training is consistent as per the Standards and policies defined. In case of any issues/concerns related to student support, please feel free to get in touch with our student support staff via email ([email protected]) /call (0450379457). This is a challenging time and new territory for all of us, and we will continue to adapt our approach to follow government instructions and industry best practice while ensuring everyone’s welfare.
