24.01.2022 A huge thanks to a very long time local (Leonie Middleton) that spent many great years coming up each weekend and still now enjoys her time here these are some of the best old photos I have seen and shows just how simple life was in North Avoca. hope we can keep the relaxed feel forever. 03.01.2022 Hi NA Locals, just a little snapshot of the last 3 months in real estate in NORTH AVOCA. FYI - Our suburb normaly sells about 50 homes per year (give or take a little) and this normaly equates to around $50,000,000 each year in sales.
