25.01.2022 FURTHER UPDATE Re: COVID 19 Business Operations. With the NT Borders now closed, our visiting Gastro, General Medicine and Respiratory Specialists will not be travelling for the reminder of March and April. FORTUNATELY - They will still be consulting via Video Link on a regular basis and all consultations will be BULK BILLED as we wish to ensure all clients still receive their high level of Health Care and all business is carried out as normal during this difficult period.... Please contact our staff for updates on all Tele Health sessions available for our regular visiting specialists. All Darwin based specialists are business as normal. We have ensured that high levels of Health Safety are considered for Specialists, Patience and Staff and in practice as we continue servicing all of Darwin and the greater Top End. 23.01.2022 Good Day Darwin! We are hoping everyone is keeping safe and healthy. With the socialising restrictions to be in place for the coming weeks if not months, here at NTMS our #1 commitment is for the health and safety of staff, Dr's and our clients. Over the coming weeks NTMS will have administration staff present in the clinic only when Specialists are consulting from our rooms therefore our phones calls may not get an immediate response... 19.01.2022 Exciting news being released by our PM that elective surgery may resume as of 26/4/20. We thank all Australians and especially all NT residents for looking after one another during these extraordinary times as we look to find some normality back in to our everyday lives We understand that many of our clients will be querying dates for their procedures ASAP.... We are still finalising details but as many know our Gastroenterologists are visiting specialists and will not be able to perform any procedures till NT borders are open again. For all urgent / CAT 1 cases we do have the services of Dr Sabu Thomas, our general surgeon, who is more than capable of performing the endoscopic procedures. Our specialists will review each case individually and be consulting all clients and providing information on when a possible procedure is likely. 10.01.2022 Good Day Just a reminder that our clinic will be closed from Monday 21st December 2020 and reopen on 11th January 2021. 09.01.2022 Further Update to our Practice: Our visiting specialist that may be affected by flight delays or cancellations will still consult all our clients via Tele Health Video Link at NO COST to the patients. It is business as usual for NTMS so please keep your referrals coming through.... We have taken extra precautionary measures by limiting nunber of clients in our waiting rooms to supplying hand sanitisers in all our clinic rooms and restrooms. If anyone has any concerns or questions please contact our clinic and speak to our staff directly. Above all we have the best interest of our clients and staff in mind and understand the ongoing care required of all our patients.

07.01.2022 With all private hospitals ceasing their surgery's in the coming days, here at NTMS we are trying to work with our partners to ensure urgent Endoscopy's may continue with the upmost safety. We have a surgeon, anaesthetist(s) and nursing support on board, just working out the specifics. Further information will be rolling out over the next few days so stay tuned and keeping following our page for regular updates... Our Telehealth services are in full "GO" mode and ensuring your GP's are advised and have them send your updated referrals to [email protected] NTMS Specialists have the options to consult while the clients are in the safety of their own premises. 02.01.2022 Things are looking up in Darwin and the rest of the NT as restrictions are slowly being relaxed and business can resume some sort of normality At NTMS we are business as usual and working over time to make sure we catch up to the level of service before the COVID-19 pandemic grounded us all. As you can understand, the volume of traffic through our phones and emails has doubled and our staff are working through everyone's queries and concerns. ...
