18.01.2022 2020 What a ride... I've learnt much about what really matters, and that is being present in the moment, and choosing those moments wisely. I find it easy to over commit because I'm one of those people that wants to be there for everyone. I've learn that through doing this I put extra stress on myself and set myself up for failure. My new goal is to be more realistic with my time and expectations of myself. I've learnt that in order to truly follow our passions we have to h...ave faith and trust the process. I've learnt the importance of connection, to ourselves, each other and the earth. I look forward to 2021 and following my passion and wish you all a happy new year of growth, productivity, celebration and connectedness.
