18.01.2022 There are always a million problems tugging at our attention. Scientists even tell us that humans have a built-in negativity bias, a tendency to focus on what's wrong instead of what's right. That has its advantages. It's what gives us our problem-solving superpowers. But it can also really, really burn us out. So, pause a second. Take a deep breath and remind yourself of the good things, the people and moments that make you smile. Then tag some of those peeps and pass the smile along .
