This was a complete renovation & we even had to fix some dody work that didn't include a floor waste and walls that had water damage. 18.01.2022 A brand new floor plan for this master bathroom with shower, toilet, vanity & bath tub from Arova. Its a great example of how you can change the floor plan of your bathroom to create more usable space. The old bathroom had an old vanity that took up the whole wall area with lots of wasted space either side. The toilet was located right at the door entry, so you would see this ugly toilet as soon as you walked into the bathrooom and of course it was a combined bath and shower.... So we moved the toilet, bath and vanity unit so that there was plenty of space for a freestanding bath tub, new walk in shower and brand new wall hung vanity while hiding the toilet behind the door. Combined with new floor and wall tiling it meant the room immediately feels fresh, bright and spacious as soon as you walk in. #arova #bath #bathtime #renovator #sydney #Sutherland

We worked with Jenny to get her interior design plans drawn up which included exact measurements of the room as well as 2D virtual plans which helped make decision making easy for product selection and placement. For this renovation project the owner wanted to create a style of bathroom that had floor to ceiling tiling which had a marble look and feel. To contain costs they sourced porcelain tiles with a neutral earthy colour palette that was complimented with a simple white round vanity basin and discrete toilet suite with hidden wall cistern. The layout of the plumbing didn’t need to be changed and the prope...rty owner wanted a very open room with no walls or large divisions. So the interior design for this bathroom included a nib wall to conceal the toilet and a large open walk in shower area that included a frameless glass screen and built in wall niche. The timeframe to complete this type of bathroom renovation is between 4 and 6 Weeks. The budget: $20,000 $30,000 depending on the hardware and products chosen.
