09.01.2022 Rural Youth Tasmania is a volunteer organisation for anyone between the ages of 15 30 years. Rural Youth is an exciting organisation, which offers members a wide and varied range of events, training opportunities and social activities as well as encouraging and assisting rural youth to become self reliant, responsible and effective citizens. Vice President of Tasman Rural Youth, Maddy Wade was yesterday presented with $300 by Customer Relationship Officer, Tania Parkinson.... Tasman Rural Youth will use the sponsorship funds to go towards New Shirts and Jumpers for club members. Tasman Rural Youth held a Clean Up Day locally on 15th August and collected 1100 pieces of rubbish. The Club are holding a ‘Bush Doof’ at the Koonya Hall on 19th September to bring all Rural Youth Clubs together and showcase the Tasman Peninsula. Tasman Rural Youth, who have over 20 members, meet every four weeks at Tasman District School.
