18.01.2022 @thomasxcooper going to War tonight @eternalmma We've been training on some patterns and building an athletic base these past couple of weeks and I am more than excited to see him go to work in the cage tonight!

15.01.2022 From Olympic lifting to pilates reformers, it is a perfect lab to bridge the gap from rehabilitation to performance

10.01.2022 Not all mobility are created equally... Closed Kinetic Chain (CKC) overhead prep with high level grappler @jamesvictorsargison whom struggles with neck and shoulder postures. I like to emphasize CKCs for ground based athletes to mimic the stimulus he might run into during matches. ... A bit of gymnastic patterns complement fighters nicely at times however in this particular situation we used an approach anteriorly against the wall ensures a better load pattern for his shoulder but more specifically his thoracic spine to stay in a hallow body position which is much stronger to create a solid foundation for defense and offense output in fighters. Oss.

10.01.2022 Very fortunate to be aligned with the best in the business @cmbttrainingcentre It is important to find the time and space to explore the body from rehab to performance.

10.01.2022 It has been a privilege to have @the_malcman @_msperformance at my practice. It was a hectic ride and I hope you have gained knowledge & experience useful to kickstart you into this ever changing profession. 15 years ago leaving Guam to pursue my dream career-I wouldn't have thought I'd be in the situation I am today but the story played out as it did and I couldn't be more grateful & proud of the opportunities that have come my way. ... One of which is extra special- Clinical Educator at the my Alma mater @bonduniversity has given me an opportunity to learn, another to impact the profession and another to help mold the future generations. What a ride and theres so much more to come Churrr!

02.01.2022 "I never get bored with the basics..."- Kobe Bryant [WATCH TO THE END] We dug through the archives and found this amazing interview we did in 2018 with former ...NBA Strength and Conditioning Coach now Speaker and Author, Alan Stein Jr. One of the stories he told us was about the first time he met Kobe Bryant in 2007, and the valuable lessons he learned from spending just a couple of hours with him in the gym. As you can imagine, Kobe was incredibly focused and intense during his workout, but what stood out the most was his commitment to practicing the basic fundamentals of basketball. When Stein asked Kobe about why he spent almost an hour on basic drills during the session, Kobe replied, "I never get bored with the basics..." The greatest basketball player in the world was humble enough to always keep the fundamentals of his craft in his routine. This is a valuable lesson, but it reveals so much about the man that Kobe Bryant was. He wasn't perfect (none of us are), but he was a stellar example of how we should live our lives daily. He personified passion through his commitment to what he loved, and the effect he had on others was palpable. Kobe, thank you for the amazing gifts that you shared with us. Your legacy will continue to inspire us to give it our all in everything that we do. Rest in heaven. MotivationHQ Read more of Alan's final tribute to Kobe here: https://rcl.ink/VQk

01.01.2022 Forever grateful for my digital squad! Translating my vision to brand and I could not be happier! #Repost @neeko.d.sgnr In collaboration with @cmarie_671 we created an Identity system for Nucum Physio @nucum.physio ... Our challenge was to create logo and design that best represented nature and science. Their approach to physiotherapy is to have a deep understanding of your body and how it can affect your health. We successfully achieved this by using a monstera leaf as the main shape and using the negative shape to form a gestural human body. #nucumphysio #physiotherapy #physiotherapylogo #graphicdesign #logo See more

01.01.2022 @bennymahoneyboxing working on some push-pull exercises in fight camp endorsing rotation force and control thru range...being able to access shoulder and thoracic rotation is crucial in order to move quickly, forcefully and decisively. In this particular moment, I wanted Benny to focus on controlling his eccentric phase and forcefully contracting in concentric phase for more efficient punching power and connection throughout his chain. Our goal is set up athletes for success and let their game speak for themselves.
