25.01.2022 Kylie and Eric wanted florals to be a big focus on their day, and wanted the guests to enjoy them from the moment they walked in to the moment they sat down. Because they opted to do shared mains with @refreshevents - they used @the.wool.mill custom timber risers to feature lush flowers on every table and the shared mains to sit neatly on top! Here is a hot tip: make sure you ask your caterer what cutlery you need! Seems so simple but even the difference in shared mains vs plated mains might be $100+ in hired cutlery! 13.01.2022 Some amazing points pulled from a recent blog of ours where we did a deep dive into the pros and cons of BYO alcohol! BYO also means different things to different venues/caterers too. Some caterers offer a BYO price which includes all glassware, ice, prep and staff and you just supply the booze! And others may specialise in food only, leaving everything up to you, including everything down to the bar equipment. Uneven bridal parties are becoming more and more common, with people not feeling the pressures to confirm to archaic views of what their wedding should look like. Why should you have to cut important people (or add people for the sake of numbers) when your bridal party should be the people around you that you hand select to be an extra special part of your day.
