17.01.2022 are a natural part of the learning process. As childhood educators, we need to embrace mistakes instead of ignoring, or glossing over them. Why? Because they make us better learners. Here are 5 benefits of making mistakes:... Mistakes help us in what doesnt work. They are the building blocks, laying the foundation for our children's future success. Mistakes help and teach us to take risks. In order to move forward, we have to confront the mistake again and overcome it. Mistakes and how to exercise free will. Some mistakes happen because children arent listening, or choose not to follow instructions, or dont think about the consequence. These mistakes help the child make a better decision next time, exercising their will to choose their next outcome in the process. Mistakes - and not to be too hard on ourselves as well as understanding when others make mistakes. Mistakes are our best teachers. They teach us - so we can overcome hurdles that come our way.
