Just a reminder, for the 2 weeks -the classes are MON WED FRI 630am/pm and TUE THUR FRI ladies class at 930am Then the beginning of bootcamp 2013 is on the 21st January. 16.01.2022 A HUGE congratulations to the NUMI Health bootcampers who completed their triathlons on the weekend. Fiona Refalo, Deb Allen and Tammy Wynen completed the Nepean enticer. Team NUMI ( Sharon Zemars -swim Billy Jansen - bike and Annette Vincent - run) at the Port Maquarie Half Ironman. And of course MRS JANSEN (Annie) for completing the Port Maquarie Half Ironman solo. What a great achievement for all and NUMI HEALTH is sooo proud of you.

11.01.2022 Congratulations to everybody who completed the SIDS STAMPEDE today. What a great day. Well done to all of our NUMI Health runners. Special mention to allison Dunning who wanted to run the 5km in under 30min--- Allison did it in 29:55. GREAT stuff. To the guys that did the 10km --AWESOME--. See you all in week 2
