19.01.2022 PALS Op Shops in both Numurkah & Cobram currently remain open and we are monitoring the COVID19 restrictions as they may change. We are now accepting donations during open hours only so please if you have items, now is the time to bring them in. Of course we please ask that you do your best to wash and or sanitise the items you donate, for the health and well-being of all involved. We are very limited at the present time with being able to provide pick up and drop off serv...ices so please discuss your options with Pat or the friendly staff in shop. If you have not been in, since our re-opening you will notice we have limited numbers permitted to enter at any one time, we have hand sanitiser available on entry and of course we insist that you wear a mask at all times whilst in the store. We thank you all again for your ongoing support and hope you all stay safe and well. See more

17.01.2022 It’s more than just cash or damage to our offices, PALS customers were upset to find their safe space had been broken into After such great celebrations for t...he International Day of People with Disabilities it was sad to see our Cobram campus had been broken into last night, with thieves stealing a small amount of petty cash, client gym vouchers and causing significant damage to our offices. The hardest thing today was to reassure our customers that everything will be Ok, when the place they consider their own, had been violated. Hats off to the fantastic staff that supported those that were upset today, you all did a great job. I’d also like to thank Matt Simm for his quick response & Cobram Locksmiths who also assisted us so promptly. Thank you to the Barooga Sporties Health & Fitness crew who worked with us to ensure our customer’s routines were not further disrupted, given their vouchers had been stolen. See more

06.01.2022 Where Are We Now? PALS would like to thank each and everyone of you for your ongoing support of our little Op Shop located in Numurkah. The Op Shop has faced difficult times as of late as many small businesses have and now more than ever we need your support! We’re moving up in the world!... in fact we’ve moved just up the street to 95 Melville. We’ve been able to obtain a new home just up from FOODWORKS and the Bottle-O.... With almost double the space, we hope that we can now offer you so much more. We are very exited and can’t wait for our new signs to arrive. The new double shop front is looking great and I must thank the staff and volunteers that have done a great job in making the shift happen. Of course we would love to have a grand opening and invite you all along, however with the current Victorian Covid19 restrictions in place this is not possible. We are opening the doors for a soft launch tomorrow the 24th July and of course there will be strict social distancing rules in place, such as limited numbers being permitted into the shop at anyone time and hand sanitising stations as you enter. We really hope the Numurkah and surrounding area get behind us, we believe it is a great step forward and we trust you will continue with your generous donations. Speaking of which, due to limited access, all donations must be during business hours and to avoid disappointment we urge you to please contact us first as you may need to make an appointment before donating larger items. We hope to have the phones connected shortly and we will finally be introducing EFTPOS facilities in the coming weeks. Thank you again for your support in these difficult times, please stay safe and well. Your PALS. Ohhh... and here's a sneak peak, before some polishing touches See more
