22.01.2022 We have just setup a Zero clamp system on our 5 axis machine. This will decrease non-cutting time between jobs. The fixture plate was made in-house and hard annodized.

21.01.2022 Sometimes parts that look simple are difficult to maintain a CP of 2 and a CPK of 1.33 when the cross sectional area of the ring is small and the tolerance tight less than 0.02mm. SPC enables Nupress to verify the process as well as the part.
