22.01.2022 Nurse At Call is so proud of the nurses & midwives that work under our banner. We ALWAYS receive positive praise about our team and recently had a patient contact us directly about one of our STAR midwives - "I just recently went into Emerald QLD Hospital to have my second baby. Irrelevant of it being my second time I was still extremely nervous and emotional and not always are you met with understanding staff. LAURA D is the midwife I received amazing care off. Not just... professionally but I felt Laura met me where I was personally/ mentally as well. We have never received poor care anytime we have been into the hospital but Laura seemed to go above and beyond and nothing was too difficult no matter how far into her shift she was (or even after being called back after her shift had ended she was still a pleasure.) She was also incredibly knowledgeable that put me so much at ease while she explained everything that was going on and took any stress or anxiety out of the situation. We felt incredibly lucky to have dealt with Laura and wanted to express our gratitude and pass on our wonderful experience" We are truly blessed! Thank-you to our amazing team of staff in the office who go through stringent processes to only hire the very best and thank-you to everyone who have referred 6 star nurses & midwives to our agency.

22.01.2022 To all our Nurse at Call family, There is a lot of uncertainty surrounding the COVID-19 crisis both here and abroad. Its been a tough few weeks already for everybody across the globe, as we navigate a new normal amidst this pandemic. Wanting to do what we can to help, many of us are practicing social distancing by staying inside, cancelling plans and avoiding crowded spaces. However, you as a nurse and/or midwife are required to be on the front line battling this deadly vi...rus every single day. We stand together as a united family and we will support you. Over the coming months, Nurse at Call will not be taking any profit on your contracts. Instead, our capital will be directed to a NAC nurses bank, which will be used for our nursing staff, our hospitals and the community in general. To support you during this crisis, we will be offering the below: 2 weeks isolation accommodation (if required) Weekly allowances during isolation Netflix membership F45 gym Carrara online training memberships via their training app for nurses in isolation and on contract (I personally use this and love it!) Passada School of Afro Latin Dance online dance/fitness training 24hr emergency hotline, direct to our management team COVID-19 will be covered under WorkCover, if it is contracted through the workplace If you are required to self-isolate and have accommodation in Australia, please use it. The health and wellbeing of you, your families and our community are all top priority during this difficult time. In return, we ask the following from you: If youre feeling unwell take the day off. If you feel unwell, enough to get checked out, please dont hesitate to do so. If you need support with medical costs, please talk to us. If youre concerned, feeling anxious or worried, please reach out. If you need to take time off to care for your loved ones, please talk to us, we can make arrangements.
