25.01.2022 Day 2 of how to compile your application: Cover Letter Focus! Firstly, always check and see if a Cover Letter is required. Not all jobs will ask for one - phew! Cover letters typically are 1 page in length and provide you an opportunity to sell your skills, knowledge and competence to your future employer.... Key issue: People list their achievements. For example: I am an empathetic active listener. I possess effective communication skills. I am a high performer.... and so on, versus providing well compiled and structured examples of a time you have demonstrated such skills, knowledge and competence. Drop me a message to discuss CV coaching with me!
