24.01.2022 Sandy and Ray recently tied the knot at the Launceston Gold Club. What a magical day it was for them and I felt very privileged to be a part of their special event. Oh, and there's always room for a little fun too!

21.01.2022 Philosopher Falls was next on the adventure map. This one was recommended by the lovely Garth Smith, who was totally right about this one! A beautiful walk through lush forest with many fungi treasures, and the falls were great too!

19.01.2022 Day 6 Upper Quaile Falls was the last adventurous stop on the way home. This one rivalled Upper Cam for the fave spot, with a gorgeous mossy stroll in. Special thanks to Brett Chatwin for his amazingly detailed directions.

18.01.2022 Hi folks! I thought it might be time for a change to Christmas images this year, especially as we pull ourselves out of the Covid pandemic. This year, instead of the pop-up studio in the hall, I thought I’d do portraits on our beautiful Waubs Beach, Bicheno, instead. I’ll do them across a number of afternoons to capture that magical golden light. They’ll be set on the beach/amongst the rocks and can be customised for your family. I’ll do some images with Christmas props etc ...and some without, so you can use them for year round images/presents. I’ve had a couple of really positive responses to this already, so I’m putting it out there to everyone. If you’d like portraits this year, can you please give me an indicator of whether you’re happy with this? If people do still particularly want our usual set up, then I’m still happy to do it that way too. I welcome families from beyond Bicheno and will post your images to you when finished. 18.01.2022 I spent the most incredible day in the South West corner of Tasmania today. If you've ever considered a trip with Par Avion, you'll come away with memories like no other and certainly won't be disappointed. Words, and even images, don't fully do this place justice. You have to sit, to experience, to breathe, to feel. Then, and only then, will you truly understand.

18.01.2022 Today's adventures took us to Mathinna Falls, deep in the north east of our beautiful state. It has been quite a few years since we last visited, and this beauty didn't disappoint. There are many cascades to these falls if you're keen for a bit of slippery climbing!

17.01.2022 I would have to say that this session would definitely have to be one of my favourites. All the stars aligned for us... or perhaps I should say the sunset and the Hazards aligned! My beautiful friends, the Amos family, were wonderfully co-operative with my frequent position changes. We certainly didn't want to lose that magical light!! A photo shoot to truly delight...

13.01.2022 Day 5 Cradle Mountain in all its glory. We had a wonderful day in the park, starting at Dove Lake, following the track up Hanson's Peak, Face Track to Kitchen Hut, then back along the first section of the Overland Track back to Marion's Lookout and down the link track back to Dove Lake. No ankle sprains this time! Yippee!

10.01.2022 I love to have fun with my photography clients. Simon's beautiful family were totally up for sharing my exuberance during our session together. The light was perfect, the ocean just a picture and these girls were absolutely adorable.

09.01.2022 Bridal Veil Falls and Bull Creek Wowsers, what stunners these falls (and their associated cascades) were! Truly magic and such a green, mossy delight of a walk along the beautiful Bull Creek (even with wet legs and boots!)

08.01.2022 Upper Cam Falls was next on the list and this one was an absolute stunner! Thanks Cam Wilson for the great directions! This one ended up being one of my two favourites!

08.01.2022 A beautiful day out today with my favourite people. Evercreech Falls and Mathinna Falls are nestled deep within the north eastern corner of our beautiful state. Some recent rain has resulted in lovely flows from these two waterfalls thus showcasing their unrivaled gorgeousness, surrounded by lush, green rainforest.

07.01.2022 Day 3 Champagne Falls. What a slippery fun slide it was to get down here! 'Twas at Champagne Falls that my camera nearly went for a swim! Thanks to Jamie Richey's quick thinking, I ended up wet instead! Hahahaha, totally worth it for the shot!

04.01.2022 Waratah Falls Day 2 began with a visit to Waratah in the state's north west. This beautiful little country town has a waterfall right in the middle of it! You can see it from afar, or visit the base.

02.01.2022 What an absolute cracker of a day on Waub's Beach today in Bicheno. Merry Christmas to all of my wonderful supporters. It has been a pleasure to create beautiful memories with families this year, and here's to a happy and prosperous 2021!
