25.01.2022 This is a great acupressure point to stimulate when experiencing acute back pain. You can stimulate these points for a few minutes throughout the day. Initially when we experience back pain it can take a few days or up to a week for the acute spasms to settle. After that it can still take a couples of weeks for the muscles and ligaments to heal. 17.01.2022 The weather is getting cooler in Australia and it is time to support our immunity with warm and nourishing foods, herbs and spices! Introducing root veggies in soups or stews or baked in the oven is a great way to to add them in to your diet! Adding spices like cinnamon and ginger is great for bringing warmth into our bodies! I will share some ideas throughout the weeks! Today I am drinking my absolute favourite tea Organic Vanilla Chai! It has cinnamon, ginger, cardamom, fennel and sweet organic vanilla for a natural sweetness!! Such a great way to feel warm and nourished on a cooler autumn day!

12.01.2022 We all say stuff like: ‘I’m so burned out, I need a break’, or I need a drink, I need a coffee, I need a sugar hit. This is your organs talking and what they ar...e saying is you need yin, chi, balance and nutrients. If you do what your body wants not what you want, you’ll have cracked the code of health and happiness. I say don’t waste holiday time recovering from burnout go somewhere nice when you are in top shape and can enjoy it, and the company or family or friends. You deserve this. Same goes for a drink: don’t waste alcohol trying to correct a stress imbalance, do that yourself first (via a chi technique) and then sit and focus, and enjoy every drop of a nice glass of wine, and really get into it. Coffee is an extraordinary substance too. It deserves some respect. Save it until you really appreciate its effects rather than depending on it to get you through the morning. As for that sugar craving, get nutrients into you as fast as you can (Chinese herbal formulas, supplements etc) and do the sugar hit on a ‘feast day’.
