The more I have come to listen, pinpoint and locate where they sit in my body and when they show up in relationship around me. I have begun to choose silence, to seek tender arms to hold me, to speak strong clear boundaries of respect and dialogue. ... The more I want to hold myself quietly, with stillness and the less I want to keep pushing, demanding or exchanging my preciousness for external acceptability.
