11.01.2022 NUT MILKS Cashew, Almond & Hemp Milk. Cashews: Vit K, magnesium, protein Almonds:Vit E, protein, zinc... Hemp seeds: Healthy fats, calcium, iron. RECIPE: Ingredients: 1 Cup Nuts and seed mix (your choice. 4 Cups water 1 tsp vanilla extract 2 Medjool dates (sweetening) Directions: Soak nuts and seeds over night in cold water, rinse and drain well. Add nuts, seeds and water into a high speed blender, blitz until smooth. Pour the nut mix through a nut milk bag or strainer. Rinse blender and return the nut mix and remaining ingredients into the blender and blitz until smooth.
