Currently #5monthspostpartum and last pic was taken in December when I was #2monthspostpartum - I’m starting to get some ab definition back again, still have a hernia in my belly button (will have to get it operated on) and most days I feel very bloated... it’s such a long journey, but there’s still plenty of time to chase my gainz in the near future. I feel like there is a lot of ...pressure to snap back, which is such hard and unrealistic standard to push upon yourself. Everyone is so different and all you can do is the best you can. My focus has been making sure Arlo is thriving, smashing out my online work load and juggling a social life. I wonder if I can start investing into an extra set of arms?
