10.01.2022 PEGS! YEP It’s all about Pegs! My partner doesn’t want me to post this. He thinks it is embarrassing on how much I spent on PEGS! #notmuchinthelongrun #904100... I did my research, compared brands, mused for days...yes I researched pegs! It was a commitment for a small fortune on a really lame item. I had been thinking about them for a while. So silly. Seems ludicrous. Then I considered multiple factors including. -My frustration at the clothes line at pegs breaking. -My sadness that I was contributing plastic to the problem. -We live by the beach. The salt air rusts everything! I could continue to by cheap plastic pegs, to save money at the time, to probably have to buy more in 1-3 years again! -I could feel good about buying Australian, for Aussie conditions and help the environment. -The cost divided by how many pegs I got and their use each week...easily convinced me. So today I got my PEGS!!! -I got 100 316 Marine Grade Stainless Steel Pegs! -They won’t rust, even in our beautiful beach side community of Casuarina! -They’re designed to last a lifetime & have a lifetime Guarantee! -I’m doing my bit for the environment. -I got 2 different sizes. Some for regular clothing days, some for sheets blankets etc / extra windy days. -You could pass these pegs down to your grandchildren! That’s worth it to me for my foreseeable future of being human that includes chores of washing and drying.
