02.01.2022 I am not a particularly embodied person, a trauma childhood and lack of conscious awareness for much of my life means this has been my big work the last few years... so given I don’t really feel like I have a body, means I don’t always take the best care of her. I honestly forget she’s there most of the time! I used to say I feel like a floating head, and often used to get quite the surprise to look down at my fingers and toes, as though discovering them for the first time! A...nyway, I’m rambling...
