25.01.2022 #Tip Conversation Stoppers - use them to your advantage If you know your target audience well, you will likely know the reasons why they won't purchase from you. Learn what these are, and use them in your script! If you mention it in your script - they don't have a conversation stopper - and will likely agree with you and appreciate that you understand them. Remember you don't have to sell in the first conversation - Nurture the conversation - develop the interest and Nurture Your Lead!



24.01.2022 Quick Tip! When calling prospects in different states - ensure you check the time zone difference to you, and also check when their public holidays are! This ensures wise time management when making calls!

13.01.2022 #ColdCallingTip GATE KEEPERS!! Friend Vs Foe??? The elusive Gatekeepers! ... Trust me, you should be trying to make them your Friends! The best way to get on side with the Gatekeepers, is to be personable, USE THEIR NAME, don't dismiss them. Ask them how their day was......I gaurentee in all the calls they filter daily, no one even recognises them as an intelligent human being. Stand out and be friendly - they will be more likely to put you through, pass your message on, and remember you the next time you call! Relationship building starts with the receptionist/gatekeeper too! Challenge: Try my tip out, and let me know if it changes their response!! Would love to hear your feedback. Ps. I used to be a Gatekeeper early in my career! So I know how they think, feel.

06.01.2022 #FollowupFriday How many new enquiries did you have this week? Have you followed up on the interest they have shown? Pick up the phone and touch base! People get busy and the best way to remind them is to give them a call - ask them you wanted to be available to them to answer any questions? If they are not interested in your services at that time, make a note to call back in 6 mths time. If you feel comfortable, ask do they know of anyone that would benefit from your products/services ?? You may walk away with another lead.

People are open to doing things better/different when it is a new year. Highlight to them how your product/service can save them time/money, increase sales/decrease expenses.
