Read a book that you're interested in, whether it be for education or to go on an adventure ... Take a stroll along the beach, listening to the ocean and connecting back to your inner thoughts Search for a guided meditation, to either release something or set a new intention Walk in the forest, stand still and breathe in all that it offers Do some nurturing Yoga poses and play some calming music, maybe light a candle Give yourself permission to be a priority, to move with a sense of calmness, to completely slow down your over-active nervous system Remember, don't just do life but if you can truly live more in alignment with yourself, that's when you'll discover a feeling of inner peace like you never have before #NurtureYou #restore #breathe

It's been an honour to share this journey with each of them Each day together gave us what we needed to do the work internally. The space to be completely vulnerable and feel safe. ... 17.01.2022 Release Rest Restore This weekend, I'm lucky enough to be attending a Yoga Retreat in Robe with 7 beautiful like minded women. The amazing Nikki Blackwell from Mimpi Life is guiding and supporting us throughout our weekend ... Our Retreat was scheduled earlier this year for Port Fairy but wasn't to be. Instead we're exactly where we should be, here in Robe My intention is to release, rest and restore and to completely surrender whatever I need to #yogaretreat #mimpilife #reconnecting #grateful

02.01.2022 Important Business announcement As of the 30th September this year, my Reiki Business known as Nurture YOU will be taking a little break. I'll be reopening under a new name with some exciting new options available for my clients This will coincide with the completion of my Reiki Masters training, although the journey always continues ... In alignment with my growth, there'll be a price increase. However, I've some gift vouchers available that I'm still going to offer at $45. I normally don't have a particular time frame on when these need to be used but on this occasion, if they're purchased on or before 30th September, they'll be valid until 30th November 2020.
