23.01.2022 We have exciting news! From the 3rd of May Nurturing Minds will be opening our brand new office in Mooloolaba! We appreciate everyones support and hope that this will not be too much of an inconvenience. We promise you will be much more comfortable in our new space! 08.01.2022 We have over 50, 000 thoughts that go in and out of our mind each day. Do you listen to all of them? How tiring would that be?! Research shows we tend to listen to the more 'threatening' thoughts and spend significant time and energy sitting with them. You do have control over the time you spend sitting with thoughts, however most of us will follow the thought due to habit. What this can then lead to are uncomfortable feelings such as anxiety, stress or sadness. Remember that just because your brain tells you something, it doesn't mean you have to listen!
02.01.2022 All clients are eligible for the additional 11-20 sessions via the mental health care plan as long as there is a need for ongoing sessions.
