18.01.2022 So I thought I was about time I introduced myself and shared a bit about me..... I’ve been with my partner Tom for almost 14 years. We met while working at the same school and were set up by one of the SSOs at the school! Together we have a 6 year old daughter, who brings us love, laughter (and some challenges) every day. We recently welcomed a Golden Retriever x Labrador, named Benji, into our family. ... As a family unit, we love nothing more than going down to the beach or exploring the various hiking trails SA has to offer. Keeping up with the energy levels of the 3 ‘children’ is certainly tiring at times!!! When I get time to relax, I enjoy sewing, cooking and trying my hand at a bit of painting (with the help of a step by step instructor). When people ask me why I do what I do, I think the biggest reason is sharing in the children’s successes, no matter how big or small they are. They really are such special moments and I feel so honored to be a part of them #nurturingtherapy #nurturingtherapysa #ndissupport #ndisprovider
