17.01.2022 Ceiling Collapse - Post 1 of 2 This lovely families ceilings was dangerous and in urgent need of repair. Their large family room had sagging of 44mm across the ...ceiling with a maximum sag of 200mm in a corner. A further 5 rooms required re-screwing to lengthen their lifespan. Immediate action was taken and the ceiling made safe whilst they arranged their finances. Upon my return the battens were removed and the inevitable occurred, the whole ceiling from wall to wall collapsed! How lucky this young family were?
