I used some quinoa I had frozen and a couple of mashed potatoes , grated carrot, mushrooms x4 chopped, 2 x spring onions and 2 Tbs chopped capsicum and an egg , 1 x large tin tina in spring water, salt, soy sauce, chili, turmeric and a little garlic . Combine to make patties . Coat in egg and quinoa crumbs .

Nutrient-rich cruciferous vegetables are a convenient ...go-to on any detox regimen and are delicious when cooked properly. Give this one a try! Roasted Brussels Sprouts (serves 6) 2 Tbsp. (30 ml) olive oil -1 lb. (341-454 g) Brussels sprouts Sea salt to taste Preheat oven to 425 F (220 C). Brush one or two baking sheets with some olive oil. Leave the Brussels sprouts whole if small and cut in half if large. Toss with olive oil and spread evenly on the baking sheet(s). Roast for about 10 minutes. Shake around or toss with a spoon so that they brown evenly. Roast for another 5 minutes. Taste at this point to see if they are done to your liking. Coles broccoli slaw straight from packet, carrots and sliced cauliflower cooked in microwave , tofu with teriyaki sauce fried in s couple of mins and quinoa so easy to cook.
