05.01.2022 Customer Update Covid-19 As Roberts Ulverstone reopen our doors after the Easter break on Tuesday at 10am, we will continue to implement changes to ensure your shopping experience with us is as safe as we can make it. Following controls implemented last week, we request you practice the below to allow our team to provide you with an efficient, minimal contact service. ... We have customer parking bays established in the rear yard of the store, access off Hope St. Please enter and park when a spot becomes available. (please adhere to 5kmh speed limit) Follow the instructions on the parking bay signage. Our friendly staff will get your order to you as quickly as we can. Please be patient and please remain with your vehicle. We have a cordless Eftpos machine for convenient payment (preferred). If you wish to pre order over the phone and specify a collection time, you are most welcome to do so. If you need to enter the store, please respect our no browsing policy. We will be permitting only one person to enter the store at a time (no groups), with a maximum two customers in the store at any given time.
