08.01.2022 Are you looking for something clean and healthy to eat but still want it to be fun? Try this Clean Chocolate Ice cream! Method: Blend the flesh of 2 young coconuts (take care to remove all the husk) 1/4 cup hemp seeds (this gives a really silly finish), 1/2 cup raw cashews, maple syrup and cacao to taste (start with 2 tbsp of each and go from there) with 1/3 cup coconut cream OR 1/3 cup of the left over coconut water if you prefer.... Keep blending until it's super silky smooth. Pour into an ice cream maker and follow directions of your particular appliance OR pour into a container and place in the freezer, and use a fork every half hour or so to fluff out the mixture as it sets. PS this makes an AMAZING chocolate mousse!
