01.01.2022 MONDAY MOTIVATION I am honestly so proud on how far @madisonbrowning_ has come in only 6 weeks! She’s gone from doing little to no exercise to doing 2 personal training sessions a week!!! In such a short amount of time her strength has grown so much, going from barely being have to do a hip thrust to being able to easily smash out a 50kg hip thrust! All that complaining has paid off ... Even just your outlook on exercise has changed, she actually wants to come to the gym and is just happier in general You should be really proud of everything you’ve done and how far you’ve come!!!
