20.01.2022 So I joined this gym when they opened at the beginning of this year. My intention was to make 2-3 classes a week and I would be happy. Before I knew it I was going to up to 8 classes a week and still wanting more but just not able to fit it in Ann-Marie and Georgia are just the most wonderful, friendly and inspiring people to be around and make coming to classes the most fun ever!!! Last week I started a new job and have not been able to make as many classes, one of the many classes I’m really missing is Flex on Tuesday morning with Julie. I really want to get my splits flat!!!! I’m getting super close. 07.01.2022 Hope you’re all having a fabulous Tuesday I’m still feeling a little tired from my weekend at Celebration in Brisbane...but I still found time to move my body at The Northside Hub this morning with 2 classes back to back...Flexability and yoga and I’m feeling much better for it. 03.01.2022 So I participated in a 30 day fitness challenge, I went in thinking I want to lose some fat, gain some muscle and have me looking fit and fabulous for summer. About 2 weeks into the challenge my perspective changed, I let all of that go and just focused on how I was feeling. I spent some time just thinking about what do I really want and my focus switched. I want to feel fabulous!! I want to feel energised!!... I want to be happy in my own skin!! At the end of the challenge I can certainly report that I am well on track. My energy levels are better than ever, I’m spending more time doing what makes me feel good. I’m reading more, I’m researching and passing on my knowledge. I’m moving my body as often as I can which is filling me with so much joy and happiness as I get to do this with the most wonderful friends If you want to join me for the next challenge send me a DM #qsciences #qfit
