22.01.2022 Fry-ups are delicious but are messy and loaded with calories. This fryup is a one tray bake ready in 15mins that you can eat everyday. *gluten-free, low FODMAP, dairy-free shortcut bacon, mushrooms cherry toms... baby spinach, eggs chilli flakes, chia seeds POP bacon, mush, toms in a hot oven for 10 mins. 22.01.2022 If I eat pasta I put on weight No. Pasta is made from whole real ingredients flour, eggs and water. However, the way we eat pasta in Australia is a problem. Pasta meals are too large and lack veg and protein. If I ate a plate of steak, I would gain weight. The next time you eat pasta, enjoy it, but have it as part of a meal. 1 cup cooked pasta + meat + 1-2 serves veg E.g. 1/2 zoodles + 1/2 spaghetti with a veg/mince bolognese....
