25.01.2022 SHOUT OUT TO ALAN OGLETREE!!! WELL DONE ON A MAGNIFICENT TRANSFORMATION! Before starting this amazing system I was so tired and very unmotivated. Being an athlete (Div 1 Football) and someone that prided myself of always being able to spring through each day, it was becoming depressing. My life on the 90 day roller coaster, of going hard and then maintaining, had finally started to drag me down and I was starting over from a little worse spot, physically, each time. After being gilt tripped into giving it a go by my amazing wife, I've found the bounce in my step again and at 37 I'm in the best shape of my life!! It just gets better and better everyday!

I was a tired, stressed out, unmotivated mommy who had just come out of terrible postpartum issues. This affected my mood, confidence, and ability to be the mother I used to be. All of this lead to eating my emotions until one day I finally realized that that wasn't going to fix the problem. I started my system and within 5 da...ys felt like a lightbulb had lit up inside me.
