24.01.2022 So maybe I'm behind the times, but I literally JUST discovered 'potato pie crusts' - total game-changer! So tonight I 'butchered' a recipe I found online - I sliced sweet potatoes in my food processor, roasted them with a little oil in my oven, then layered them in my greased pie dish (whilst snacking on a few of the crispy ones - YUM!) My filling was sauteed onion, garlic and spinach, combined with feta, parmesan, egg and herbs - soooooo good! Definitely using this little trick again - makes gluten-free so EASY!

18.01.2022 Cheers to the weekend! I juiced 2 navel oranges, stirred in a shot of gin (vodka would also suffice), and then poured in the juice of one blood orange - the result - heaven



17.01.2022 Lunch is served! (I'm so glad its warming up!) Bio-Dynamic yogurt, topped with fresh banana, kiwifruit, strawberries and blueberries, then drizzled with homemade chia-maple jelly, coconut flakes and hemp seeds. YUM!!!

15.01.2022 September birthdays are well and truly underway! This is September cake number 2 for Master 14! A gluten-free choc-raspberry cake, layered with vanilla buttercream, raspberry jam & topped with the dodgiest chocolate drip ever (cheers to trying new recipes!) Oh well, my intended audience are 14yo boys - they won't notice much past the chocolate & lollies

06.01.2022 Hello lunch! This is my all-time fave flavour blend in a green smoothie - mango, lime & lemon mint! Of course, I also snuck in a few bits of celery and a cucumber, along with some macadamia milk - totally delicious



05.01.2022 Oh my goodness, I put these parmesan-roasted brussels sprouts into the oven, and now they are all I can smell So easy to make and SO DELICIOUS! Toss your halved sprouts in some olive oil, season with salt & pepper and grated parmesan cheese. Roast for 30 mins or until golden.

03.01.2022 Hubby's gluten-free dark choc mud cake / birthday cake from a few days ago. Help me, I'm drowning in chocolate

01.01.2022 That's it, from now on I'm hulling and freezing all my berries when I get them! This is the perfect summer smoothie! A couple frozen bananas, some frozen strawberries, a couple scoops of biodynamic yogurt, a little oat milk and a dash of vanilla - the result is like a (guilt-free) icecream shake. YUM!
