22.01.2022 If anyone wants some pampering and relaxation while learning how to use doTERRA's pure essential oils in massage Plus get a lovely massage yourself, come along this coming weekend to the POWER OF TOUCH WORKSHOP! - Details are below--------------------------------- -- -- You are invited to join us on Saturday 22nd September (next Saturday)... at the Collaroy Swim Club Community Centre for a 3 hour POWER OF TOUCH interactive workshop. We will start at 10am and finish at 1pm. This is what will be happening: ----------------------------------- We start promptly at 10am with a short meditation, then a discussion about the oils we will be using, why we are using them, and how they work. You will receive comprehensive notes to refer to throughout the workshop and to take home. Marie- Elise will then give a demonstration of the strokes used in the Aromatouch Technique, showing you how to apply the oils and where. You will then partner up and one person will lay on the massage table. Please note we are only working on the back and the feet. As one person receives the massage treatment, and the other gives, Marie-Elise will guide and support you. This part of the workshop will take 45 mins. There will be a 10-15 minute de-brief, then you swap places and begin again You will experience first-hand what it is like to receive this treatment and to give it. There will be another de-brief, and a closing meditation.
