05.01.2022 Remember Corey? Well here he is again, almost 2 years since the start of his journey with me. Corey has now lost a total of 36.2kg of body fat and gone down 21.5% body fat.... His success is attributed to consistent exercise and a healthy diet (and not giving up). He allows himself to enjoy his food (occasional junk food) but maintains a healthy diet as much as possible. Corey is proof that consistency and hard work pay off in the long term. Well done Corey, I am incredibly proud of you and your hard work! Look out world, nothing will stop you!

This will include the diversification and implementation of sustainable agriculture systems.
