25.01.2022 What are your biggest frustrations and challenges? Ooh, a toughyat the moment, my biggest frustration is being consistent with my diet and exercise. I am not big on the exercise routine, but I know as I get older this is more important. I guess this is also one of my biggest challenges. I also need to reduce my alcohol consumptionand I can’t blame Covid-19. What are you confronting in your life that presents challenges and frustrations?



24.01.2022 Where do you hang out? Where do you meet/talk to your friends? I love to meet up in coffee shops. I don’t drink much coffeehalf strength for me, which is really not a coffee drinker. I like to meet friends for lunch, or just a coffee and great conversation. My friends and I also group text to check up on each other or plan our next meeting. Now it’s your turn. Let me know where you hang out and where you meet up with friends.

22.01.2022 Breakfast Cooked porridge on the stove top, NOT in the microwave. Use oats, brown rice, buckwheat, millet or amaranth. Then top with berries, apple, pear, cinnamon, ground flaxseed or LSA, yoghurt, kefir, nut or seed milk. Overnight oats or other seed/grains, bircher-style. Again, add in seasonal fruit, seeds and nuts to top. Homemade chia puddings. Add fruit, seeds, nuts and kefir to top. Add raw cacao and cinnamon powder to boost taste and nutriti...on. Smoothies with a good balance of fruit, vegetables, protein (i.e. yoghurt, oats, buckwheat, hemp powder), healthy fats (i.e. flaxseed, coconut, avocado) and green leafy veg (i.e. parsley, spinach, spirulina, kale). Smashed avocado with baby spinach, goat’s cheese, sauteed mushrooms, lemon juice and smoked salmon. Scrambled, poached eggs, frittata or omelette with a variety of veggies added. See more

20.01.2022 What are your biggest fears? Another challenging question. My biggest fear is living a lie; not being my true, authentic self; living to someone else’s standards. I don’t want to be a people pleaser, I just want to be me; a kind, loyal, honest person who loves to have fun, can be a bit silly, but loves her children, grandchildren and family so much. 07.01.2022 What are your hopes, dreams and desires? When I was younger, I wanted to be a writer. I worked as a journalist for a number of years which fulfilled that dream somewhat. After completing my studies in Nutrition and Life Coaching, my hopes, dreams and desires changed. 06.01.2022 How do you communicate? What is your preferred form of contact? Is it Email, Text, chat, Facebook, face-to-face conversation? I use Email, text and Facebook regularly, but I also like face-to-face contact. I am not overly tech savvy but can use the basicsstill learning. What are your preferences?

05.01.2022 Healthy eating habits can easily be established with a positive frame of mind, support and good planning. Try to eat in a relaxed environment with minimal distraction. Slow down and really enjoy your meals. Keep setting new goals and tasks for yourself! It is those little healthy habits, when consistently applied, that add up to make the biggest difference. Start your own list of meal ideas that you enjoy. Try something new once a week and add to the list if you enjoy it.

03.01.2022 What language do you use? How do you speak to your friends? I am pretty natural when speaking to anyone although my children have told me I have a telephone voice. I love language and words and I probably try to use different words, but I don’t try to be pretentious, though it might come across as that. How do you speak with others? Give me an example.

01.01.2022 Set a bold health and wellness goal for this year. . It can be anything from losing five kilograms, running a half marathon, or marathon, read those books you have purchased, start that course, change your career. Set your goal(s), create a realistic plan on how you will go about achieving it and then get to work.
