25.01.2022 What a year 2020 was . Even though it was a crap year, I think we learnt a hell of a lot about ourselves. I'll tell you what I learnt.... Kids are bloody resilient Toilet paper is gold during a pandemic I know how far an hour's walk is from my house(only Victorians will understand that one). ... I hear the streets in Brighton are boring Wearing masks for long periods dries your skin, especially around your nose Retail & front line workers are bloody amazing I'm a crap online learning teacher... actually add teachers to above People named Karen are now changing their names We truly understand the importance family & friends Should have bought shares in Zoom There were some days during lockdown that my husband was alive by sheer luck Alcohol is served in 'special' coffee cups during lockdown #winning All jokes aside, I hope something positive came out of this year. I truly hope that 2021 brings some much relief for many doing it tough. Take some time to reflect on the highs, lows & everything else in between. Looking forward to a great 2021
