17.01.2022 Sometimes I like to stick to tradition, other times I 'healthify' recipes.....all depends on my mood Pizza night in my house tonight was home-made wholemeal spelt pizza base topped with prawn, zucchini, green tomato, mushroom and goats cheese Remember 'healthy' does not mean green smoothies and salads all day everyday, nor does it means takeaway pizza and chips everyday. 08.01.2022 True story Most clients I talk to guiltily tell me that they have chocolate most nights. My advice..... eat the chocolate (the darker the better), in small portions, enjoy every bite and do away with the guilt
